Mission Statement

"To assist in caring for patients and families by obtaining support for its medical and educational programs throughout the region."

Foundation Support

The Westbrook Heritage Health Care Foundation has a deep interest in promoting career choices in the medical field. Your support of the Foundation provides the means for which scholarship money is granted to local individuals who have chosen a career in the medical field. In recent years The Heritage Health Care Foundation has provided scholarships to graduating high school seniors. These scholarship contributions encourage community members to pursue their goals and in turn, return to their local facility and support health care locally.

In addition the Foundation provided $35,000 to assist in the purchase of a much needed Chemistry Analyzer for the hospital/clinic laboratory and $97,500 to purchase a Colonosope for the hospital's surgery department. The Foundation also contributed to the completion of offices and meeting rooms located in the Peterson Estates addition.

To further fulfill its mission and grow in service to the community, The Heritage Health Care Foundation invites and challenges you to help support and sustain quality healthcare in our local hospital through annual membership as a Heritage Health Care Foundation Key Member.

The Keys of The Heritage Health Care Foundation are composed of caring people concerned their families and community will have continued, compassionate, quality healthcare available locally.

Key Members express their passion through an annual leadership gift of $100 or more. Your financial support will help ensure:

  • Continued successful operation in the delivery of healthcare
  • The scholarship program: to those choosing a career in the medical field
  • Equipment and capital improvement
  • Compassionate patient care programs
As A heritage Health Care Foundation Key Member you will receive:
  • "Key Member" Plaque
  • "Donor Key" for each year of contribution
  • Yearly member recognition event
  • Recognition in local media
